Used Book Sale!
WHAT:
Each year, as a part of NTHEN's annual Summer Homeschool Conference, we sponsor a Used Book Sale to give Homeschooling families who have used materials that they no longer need an opportunity to connect with families who would like to purchase them.
Bring your used Homeschooling curriculum, books, games, science materials, etc. that you would like to sell. Price of your materials is determined between seller and buyer. However, items brought for sale that are priced at 50% or less of it's original cost are more likely to sell. Sorting your materials by grade or level (Elementary, Middle, Jr. High, High School) will be helpful to purchasers.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A "GARAGE SALE"; You may only bring curriculum based items to sell. Materials not on top of your table for display may be stored under the table and behind it, but not on either side of it as doing so hinders the movement of prospective buyers between tables.

It is ONLY on Thursday, August 12, 2010!
TIME:
Sellers table set-up time is 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a. m. Tables will be provided, but space is limited so reserve your table(s) EARLY!.
The Used Book Sale hours are 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
WHERE:
Windhaven Room of the Plano Centre.
COST:
Sellers: $20.00 per table – maximum four sellers per table. Tables are 8' long and come with 2 chairs.
Be sure to reserve your table ahead of time by sending your Name, Telephone Number, Number of Tables requested, and a check made out to NTHEN and mailed to NTHEN, c\o Marilyn Laddusaw, Used Book Sale Coordinator, 3617 Claymore Drive, Plano, TX 75075. This information must be received by NO LATER THAN August 6, 2010!
The number of tables for the Used Book Sale are limited and will be reserved as checks are received. Therefore, purchasing a table on the day of the sale may or may not be possible.
Purchasers/Buyers: $3.00 entry fee at the door. No charge for your children 12 years old and under to attend the Used Book Sale with you. Youngsters 13 and older accompanying parents will also be charged the $3.00 entry fee.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
1) To reserve a table or tables, download the Sellers Table Reservation Form that follows. Complete and send the form, along with payment of $20.00 per table, to NTHEN, c/o Marilyn Laddusaw, 709B West Rusk Street, #577, Rockwall, TX 75087. Tables are reserved on a first come, first served basis.

2) Table cloths will NOT be provided. Sellers are welcome bring their own table coverings.
3) If any tables are available after August 6, 2010, that information will be noted on this page of the NTHEN website. Any interested parties will need to contact Marilyn Laddusaw for instructions on how to secure an available table.
4) Food is not available at the Plano Centre. You may bring your own lunch but it cannot be consumed within the building.
5) Bring a sweater or light jacket as the room temperature may be cool.
6) Sellers should make arrangements to have change on hand to accommode their cash sales.
7) We DISCOURAGE prospective buyers from bringing roll carts or baby strollers due to limited space issues.
